This was an ambitious project that spanned more than 7,880m² on three levels including ramps over two buildings. We installed the Sika Carpark Deck System to 4,570m² on the top level of the two buildings over three phases of work, and Sikafloor-264 System to the remainder on levels zero and one.

We also installed approximately 2,700m² of green pedestrian walkways in Sikafloor-264.

The Carpark Deck System is primed with Sikafloor-150 broadcast with Sika Aggregate-501, followed by the waterproofing membrane Sikafloor-376, then the wearing layer of Sikafloor-377 filled 1:0.4 with Sika Aggregate-508 then broadcast to excess with Sika Aggregate-501, then sealed with 2 layers of Sikafloor-359N.

The Sikafloor-264 System includes two roll-coat layers of Sikafloor-264. (?)

We faced many challenges in the project such as finding dry weather windows, facing high wind and sun/heat exposure, substrate cracks and rain damage.

We worked closely with the client and Sika to develop numerous details and solutions for the unique challenges that cropped up along the way.
