We were contacted by our customer in early 2019 to refurbish the floor in their Performance Showroom.

The area already had an older flooring installation in place which was looking tired and suffering from many areas of local delamination.
The site provided some challenges to coatings such as high UV light exposure, scrubbing abrasion from vehicles being maneuvered on the showroom floor, and chemical attack from fuels, oils and products used in the vehicle grooming process.

We also had to consider the health and safety aspect to staff and clients trafficking the area when the floors were wet.

We prepared the area by diamond grinding, filled the areas affected by delamination, and installed the Sikafloor 264 system with a protective coating of Sikafloor 315.
