This area is a large (900m2) packing room of new construction.

The concrete was prepared by diamond grinding to remove contaminants and provide a key for the coating system.

Cracking in the concrete slab was chased out and filled with epoxy mortar prior to coating.

Small radius coving was installed to all perimeter and internal walls.

The coating system is Sikafloor 156 epoxy primer followed by 2 coats of Sikafloor 264 epoxy enamel with a final coat of Sikafloor 315 slip resistant polyurethane.

Floor control joints have been filled with Sikafloor Pro 3 polyurethane joint sealant.

The client now has a fully impervious floor surface with good slip resistance and UV stability which is highly abrasion resistant and light reflective.
